We are seeking dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team. This role is ideal for SLPs who value flexibility, collaboration, and client-centered care in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations

  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy services

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals

  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home

  • Complete timely documentation using our electronic medical record (EMR)

What We’re Looking For

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology License (Virginia or Georgia)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience treating speech sound disorders, language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, social communication, and fluency disorders

  • A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care

Compensation

  • Commensurate with experience, starting at $62/hour, paid bi-monthly.

  • Evaluation compensation and additional rate details will be discussed during the interview process.
