We seeking an experienced Georgia Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary private practice in Douglasville, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced SLP who enjoys conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations, providing clinical supervision, and collaborating with families to develop meaningful treatment plans.
This role is primarily focused on evaluations and clinical supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) while working closely with MCG's Director to ensure exceptional clinical quality and holistic client-centered care.

What You’ll Do
Pediatric Evaluations
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
Select and administer standardized and informal assessments.
Interpret assessment findings and develop individualized plans of care.
Complete timely, accurate, and comprehensive evaluation reports.
Review evaluation results and recommendations with families/caregivers.
Clinical Supervision
Provide clinical supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in accordance with Georgia laws and regulations.
Review documentation and provide ongoing clinical guidance.
Conduct required supervision activities and maintain supervision documentation.
Mentor and support assigned SLPAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with MCG's Director regarding clinical quality and program development.

What We’re Looking For
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License
Minimum 3 years of pediatric clinical experience
Experience conducting comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations
Eligible to serve as a Supervising SLP in Georgia
Strong clinical writing and documentation skills
Compensation

Direct Deposit Paid Twice Monthly
Per completed pediatric speech-language evaluation
Hourly compensation for clinical supervision and required administrative responsibilities
