We are expanding our office and seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This role is ideal for an OT who values flexibility, collaboration, and client-centered care in a supportive environment that puts quality over quantity.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with developmental, sensory, and motor delays.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Provide caregiver education and home exercise recommendations to support progress.

  • Collaborate with Speech and Mental Health clinicians for integrated care when appropriate.

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR system.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Virginia (required)

  • Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
