Mindful Communication Group is seeking Early Intervention Therapists (SLP and OT) to provide services to children ages 0–3 in Chesapeake, Hampton or Newport News, Virginia. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working closely with families, coaching caregivers, and supporting communication development in natural environments.

Provide Early Intervention services in homes and daycare settings
Support children ages 0–3 using play-based, family-centered strategies
Develop services aligned with IFSP goals
Coach caregivers on strategies during daily routines
Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
Complete documentation in EMR system
Travel within Chesapeake, Hampton or Newport News

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree
Active Virginia SLP or OT license
Early Intervention Certification / Part C certification or willingness to obtain
CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain
Professional liability insurance
Reliable transportation
