Mindful Communication Group is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services to children ages 0–3. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working closely with families, coaching caregivers, and supporting communication development in natural environments.
What You’ll Do
Provide Early Intervention services in homes and daycare settings
Support children ages 0–3 using play-based, family-centered strategies
Develop services aligned with IFSP goals
Coach caregivers on communication strategies during daily routines
Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
Complete documentation in EMR system
Travel within Hampton and Newport News
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Virginia SLP license
CFs welcome
Early Intervention Certification / Part C certification or willingness to obtain
CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain
Professional liability insurance
