Middle school can be one of the most socially challenging times in a girl's life. Friendships shift, social pressure increases, and many girls struggle to find where they belong. If the girl you care for experiences any of the following, Girls Connect was designed with her in mind:

About Girls Connect
Girls Connect is an 8-week summer social skills group for middle school girls ages 11-14, led by a licensed therapist at our Newport News, VA office. Each weekly session is a safe, fun, and structured space where girls learn and practice real-world social skills alongside peers who understand what they are going through.
Through guided activities, group discussions, and skill-building exercises, participants will develop the tools they need to navigate friendships, handle conflict, manage social anxiety, and show up confidently in the world.
