About Us:

We’re expanding our Early Intervention team and seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to help young children thrive in their natural environments.

What You’ll Do

Provide early intervention physical therapy in homes and community-based settings.
Support families through coaching strategies that carry over into daily routines.
Complete evaluations and individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers.
Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with program requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (required)
Pediatric or Early Intervention experience (preferred, but not required)
Passion for helping infants, toddlers, and families reach developmental goals
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Infant & Toddler Connection (ITC) certification (or willingness to complete during hiring)
