  • SEAN, M.S. CCC-SLP, LEAD SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Sean Putnam is a Speech-Language Pathologist of five years who moved back home to Hampton Roads after earning her master’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She has served both the pediatric and adult populations in schools, home health, and skilled nursing facilities, and is trained in FEED THE PEDS and Talk Tools methodologies. Sean emphasizes a playful, personalized approach to support clients’ unique communication and eating goals. In her free time she enjoys gardening and listening to podcasts.

  • Roshawn, Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi friends, I’m Ro Frankie, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping people uncover their most mindful, authentic, and empowered selves. I received my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University School of Counseling in 2018. I specialize in guiding individuals through life stressors, psychiatric symptoms, and the challenges that hold them back from living the life they deserve. With a warm, approachable style, I integrate various evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness with creativity, such as play, art, and narrative therapies, to tailor a transformative and personalized experience for every client.

Growing up in a neighborhood steeped in chaos—violence, addiction, and homelessness—while witnessing the impact of my mother’s bipolar disorder, I felt a deep desire to understand why people think, feel, and act the way they do. Therapy became my calling because I saw it as a way to bridge my natural empathy with a desire to help others find healing and meaning. My faith drives me to use the gifts of discernment and altruism I’ve been blessed with to support others on their paths. Helping people transform pain into power feels like my life’s work, and I’m honored to do it every day.

She has dedicated her work to community health and the promotion of health equity. Dr. Harris-Slade is well-versed in health equity, community engagement, and social determinants of health (SDOH).
