Position Summary:

As our Lead Speech-Language Pathologist, you will oversee and provide outpatient speech therapy in-office, as well as Early Intervention services (in-home and teletherapy). You will have the opportunity to supervise SLPAs and CFs, assist with onboarding and mentoring, and play a key role in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy for pediatric and adult clients

  • Provide Early Intervention therapy services in homes and/or virtually via telehealth

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation using our electronic health record system

  • Supervise and support SLPAs and CFs

  • Collaborate with other providers, including mental health professionals

  • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and occasional team events

  • Help with program development and special therapy initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Georgia state licensure as an SLP (Required)

  • Experience or interest in Early Intervention services and teletherapy

  • Strong documentation, clinical reasoning, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, with flexibility and professional judgment

  • Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
