Speech-Language Pathologist - PRN

Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide outpatient pediatric evaluations and treatment, providing therapy to toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged children, and adolescents with a wide range of speech/language and communication needs. This is a hybrid role with in-office services and optional teletherapy as clinically appropriate. This position is perfect for SLPs seeking flexible PRN hours, supplemental income, or a gradual caseload build with supportive admin backing. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions in pediatric clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across a variety of pediatric diagnoses.
Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and age-appropriate activities
Participate in collaborative communication with a supportive multidisciplinary team as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home and in school environments
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
Valid Virginia licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
