Position Summary:
As our Lead Speech-Language Pathologist, you will oversee and provide outpatient speech therapy in-office, as well as Early Intervention services (in-home and teletherapy). You will have the opportunity to supervise SLPAs and CFs, assist with onboarding and mentoring, and play a key role in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy for pediatric and adult clients
Provide Early Intervention therapy services in homes and/or virtually via telehealth
Maintain timely, accurate documentation using our electronic health record system
Supervise and support SLPAs and CFs
Collaborate with other providers, including mental health professionals
Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and occasional team events
Help with program development and special therapy initiatives as appropriate
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Georgia state licensure as an SLP (Required)
Experience or interest in Early Intervention services and teletherapy
Strong documentation, clinical reasoning, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, with flexibility and professional judgment
Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
