Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA (Part-Time) Home-Based | 1099 Contract with Path to W-2
We are seeking an experienced BCBA to play an integral leadership role in our home-based ABA program in Hampton Roads. You will contribute meaningfully to the direction and delivery of ABA services at MCG, working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams to serve children and adolescents in the Hampton Roads community.
This role begins as a part-time 1099 contract position with a clear and written path to full-time W-2 employment as the program grows. Compensation details for both phases will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
Provide home-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the Hampton Roads area
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Participate in the hiring and onboarding of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Provide clinical supervision of RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB supervision requirements
Provide required family training as part of individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate session documentation and progress notes in compliance with Virginia DMAS requirements
Stay current with Virginia DMAS ABA billing requirements and policy changes
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure
Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home-based service delivery
