About Us
Mindful Communication Group (MCG) is a therapist-owned, multidisciplinary private practice providing Mental Health and Speech Therapy services across Virginia and Georgia. We are expanding our services to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the Douglasville area and are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as BCBA Clinical Director.
This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA with proven leadership experience to help build and direct a new ABA program, with strong administrative support, flexible scheduling, and long-term growth potential.
Position Summary
The BCBA Clinical Director will collaborate with leadership to develop, oversee, and guide the clinical operations of the ABA program in Douglasville. This role blends program development, RBT supervision, and direct clinical service, making it ideal for a BCBA who thrives in both leadership and hands-on client care. The position will start as part-time and is expected to grow into a full-time leadership role as the program expands.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assist with building the ABA program framework, policies, and procedures.
Conduct initial and ongoing functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical oversight to RBTs and ABA team members.
Ensure treatment fidelity, accurate documentation, and compliance with all payer and clinical standards.
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new clinicians.
Support family engagement and parent training within treatment plans.
Collaborate across disciplines (Speech and Mental Health) for holistic client care.
Contribute to quarterly program growth goals and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Georgia (required).
Minimum of 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in ABA.
Leadership experience required (e.g., clinical supervisor, lead BCBA, or program manager role).
Proven ability to supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and clinical staff.
Strong working knowledge of Medicaid and insurance-based ABA services (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with MCG’s multidisciplinary team.
